Weekly Vlog

April 26, 2026: I took 6 women to Costa Rica! This is our 4th group trip here, and what real adventure looks like.

It started with jelly beans on an Easter morning walk and ended with a community dinner in a tiny Costa Rican village where strangers danced with us like old friends.

This is our 4th Hike Like A Woman trip to Costa Rica and I keep coming back because this place won’t let you be boring. It physically will not allow it.

We rafted over 10 miles down the Pacuare River. We swam in a waterfall the color of chocolate milk. We accidentally had lunch with the president. (Yes, really.) We got rained out of the zipline and threw a spontaneous dance party instead. Someone lost a shoe in the rapids. I jogged alone through the jungle at dawn because sometimes even the trip leader needs a few minutes to herself.

This is what real adventure looks like, not staged, not filtered, just a group of women showing up and saying yes to whatever Costa Rica throws at them.

April 16, 2026: I Got an MRI for Breast Cancer (Then Someone Asked Me to Sell Weight Loss)

In this one I’m taking you along for all of it, the kind of random, messy, real week that doesn’t fit a content calendar but feels important to share anyway. The MRI was scary in the way these things always are. The track meet was the reset I didn’t know I needed. And the partnership call… well, let’s just say I avoided it.

Four years ago, I had cancer, and it was stupid. A few weeks ago, I was asked to share my cancer story for a fundraiser. Come with me behind the scenes as I prepare for the video shoot.
